Who We Are
MerGo was conceptualized by two local Boston real estate professionals who saw the opportunity to make property management more personal and provide excellent service in the Greater Boston Area. Our team is committed to delivering superior customer service to tenants and owners, in addition to providing full transparency with property owners. MerGo is passionate about real estate, customer service, and providing the best solutions for property owners and tenants.
Nathaniel directs the management and operations for MerGo. He has over a decade of experience in all facets of property management, real estate development, maintenance, construction, and being an owner-operator. Nathaniel graduated from Bryant University with a business degree and his diverse knowledge of real estate and management has allowed him to gain a wide range of experience pertaining to property management. He is able to quickly analyze properties and find improvements that result in increased income. Nathaniel works closely with landlords and company team members to create the highest quality of work and satisfaction for both owners and residents. When Nathaniel isn’t working he enjoys golfing, trying new local restaurants, and collecting art.
Thoughtful and passionate about real estate, Lucas enjoys working at a property management company that is hands-on, customer focused, and solution driven. Lucas has worked in the industry in many facets throughout his life including construction, design, consultation, and brokerage — which lends himself to being a well-rounded property manager. Lucas is results-oriented and will do whatever it takes to make sure the job gets done correctly. In his free time, Lucas enjoys sailing, fly fishing, and art museums.
Leah is the operations manager at MerGo. With a background in real estate and experience working at brokerage and law offices, Leah has seen all sides of real estate management, brokerage, leasing, and construction. She handles all tenant communication, maintenance, and business operations — and she’s also a pleasure to work with! Leah enjoys spending her free time on the beaches of New England, boating around the coast, skydiving, and traveling to exotic locations.
The Maintenance Team
Marilene is MerGo’s full-time cleaner, specializing in detailed work and going above and beyond to make sure each apartment is clean and ready for the next tenant. She also works to maintain all common areas at the properties she manages. Her team is very consistent in its performance, which is something the MerGo team and its clients value highly.
Victor is MerGo’s number one licensed and insured general contractor; handling an entire crew of construction workers, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters. There is no job, regardless of size, that Victor can’t handle. MerGo also has many other professional vendors to call upon, no matter what the job.
Lorraine is a Certified Public Accountant with expertise in property management software and bookkeeping. Lorraine handles all bank reconciliations, rental income, accounts payable and receivables. She is also very familiar with our current bookkeeping system, Buildium, which services all of our tenants and maintains financials.
We have many additional contractors and service people that we use for various properties, depending upon the needs.
